Join AEHAP

Membership Application (.doc)

Programs interested in accreditation should first complete an accreditation readiness survey and make contact with the AEHAP office before joining AEHAP. This helps us determine the level of support needed for you to meet EHAC accreditation guidelines. Once we assess your readiness for accreditation you would then be solicited for membership.

Programs working towards accreditation either with AEHAP or EHAC will be invited by AEHAP to join so that they can benefit from AEHAP member support services.

Students or faculty seeking affiliate member status just need to submit an application and the $25 membership fee to the AEHAP office.
